Illinois World War II
Veterans' Memorial Classroom Project

Students from Central HS, Centennial HS, and Franklin MS are participating in the World War II Digital Storytelling project.  With funding from the WWII Illinois Veterans Memorial Board, Champaign students interviewed WWII Veterans about their life and experiences before, during, and after the war.  Students will be compiling digital video, scanning veteran artifacts, researching, and finalizing a digital video in DVD format.  These DVD videos will be shared with veterans as well an Illinois WWII Veterans website with schools across the state.
