Champaign Central High School Boys Golf

2008 – Coach Matt Fonner.   The 2008 boys golf team was able to start off their season winning their first three dual meets, two of which were over conference opponents. This Senior-led team lost only two meets, including one to conference rival Mattoon. the Maroons were able to complete their season with an impressive record of 8-2 after winning their last three meets. Riley Brunson helped the team do well, as he finished top 10 at the John Maeck and Viking Invitationals.  As the regular season came to a close, they headed to the conference tournament, where Nate Sokolski led the tea to a sixth place finish. The team concluded the season with a fourth place finish in regionals as five golfers, including Freshman Matt Beckmeyer advanced to Sectionals.

2007 – Coach Art Mayeda.  2007 was certainly a good year for the Central boys golf team. Strong depth and team chemistry helped the team do well in the many tournaments that they participated in throughout the year. First year coach Art Mayeda was a key part of that success, as he built the chemistry and skill that allowed Central to finish the season as Big 12 Champions. Golfers Michael Peters and Andy Brunson captained the team, and in addition to Travis Hoyne, made All-Conference. Central finished out the season by placing 5th at Sectionals.

2006 – Coach Mike Tennant.  The 2006 boys golf team had another successful season. The team was led by 9 seniors, including Max McGill and Tommy Deschler. Andy Brunson represented the team when he was the only one from Central to make State. The boys worked hard throughout the season , whether it was at practice or just on their own time. We look forward to the great accomplishments they will achieve next year.

2005 – Coaches Mike Tennant and Dan Phillips.  The 2005 boys golf team went into the season ready to take the conference by storm. They unquestionably had what appeared to be a successful season on paper, placing 2nd both at conference and Regionals, but after falling short at Sectionals, they ended the season a bit disappointed. The group was led by seniors Tyler McGill and Clayton Parkhill, who both helped the team greatly in playing well. Although the season didn't meet the team's expectations, the many excellent golfers returning next year will continue to have high goals and expectations.

2004 - (1-5/6-11) Coach Tennant, led by two seniors Bryan Cox and Tommy Parkhill, had help from two underclassman all-Area junior Clayton Parkhill and sophomore Cameron Strang. Clayton and Cameron represented the team with an outstanding performance at Sectionals, Clayton finished eighth at Sectionals and advanced onto State, Cameron came up short going to State, Clayton got 50th at State.

2003 – (6-6) Coaches were Mike Tennant and Dan Phillips. The boys’ golf team of 2003 had a team that it consisted of five seniors this year, all of whom continued on to State competition.  Coach Tennant and Coach Phillips led the team to a 6-6 record and placed 3rd in the Big 12 Conference.  The team made it to the State Finals this year, where they all played great games for an 12th place finish.

2002 – Coach: John Woods.  The 2002 boy’s golf team had a very successful season.  Clayton Parkhill had many solid performances to finish as the #1 golfer.  Parkhill and Ryne Tennant led the team to a 3rd place finish at the Big 12 Conference meet.  Both earned All-Conference honors individually.  Tennant, Parkhill, and Elliott McGill each qualified individually for Sectionals.  With only three seniors graduating, the Maroons look forward to another successful season.  “Over the course of the season the team improved a lot.”  ~Jeff Harden

2001 – Coach: John Woods. Co-MVPS: Adam Dye and Matt Fonner. Most Improved: David Reimer.  Coaches Award: Jeff Harden.  The Central boys’ golf team reached the State Tournament for the 1st time since 1992.  At State, the Maroons earned an 8th place finish with 77’s from Matt Fonner, Alex Dye, and Ryne Tennant and a 79 from Adam Dye.

2000 – Coach: John Woods. MVP: Matt Fonner. Most Improved: Nick Changnon.  The 2000 golf season was a rebuilding year for the Maroons.  The team was led by senior John Chittuluru, and juniors Matt Fonner and Adam Dye.  The varsity team began the year strong by placing 5th at the Charger Invitational.  John Chittaluru led the way for Central with an 80.  After several strong finishes at other invitationals the Maroons looked for a good finish at the Big 12 tournament which they placed 8th. John Chittuluru played well for Central by shooting a 79, which was good enough for all conference honors.  The team played very well at Regionals, but missed advancing by one stroke.  Adam and Alex Dye both advanced to the Sectional meet individually by shooting 76’s.

1999 – Coach: John Woods. Captains: Billy Smith and Michael Merrick.  MVP: Billy Smith.  Coach’s Award: Michael Merrick. The 1999 Maroon golf team looked to rebuild after losing four of their top six players from last year.  The team played very well despite many inexperienced players.  Sophomores Adam Dye and Matt Fonner were able to improve their game and add depth to the team.  The team won the Big 12 and 10th overall in Regionals. Billy Smith took 4th individually at Conference and fifth at Regionals.

1998 – Coach: John Woods.  MVP’s: Tim Hoss and Patrick Harrington. Captains: Tim Hoss and Patrick Harrington.  Tim Hoss placed 1st in the Charger Invitational.  Patrick Harrington placed 1st in the Rantoul Open.  Chad Pellum placed 3rd and Bobby Feller placed 10th at Regionals, both advancing to Sectionals.  The team defeated Centennial in the Champaign Cup for the fifth straight year.

1997 – Coach: Dan Reid.  Captains: Jared Flynn and Chris Dobrovolny.  The team placed 4th at the Pekin tournament and 3rd in the Rantoul Invitational.  The team also finished 3rd in conference and retained possession of the Champaign Cup.  Tim Boudreau placed 2nd individually at the Big 12 Conference Meet.  Tim Hoss fired a 76 in the Regionals to qualify for the Sectional Meet.

1996 – (12-2) Coach: Dan Reid. Captains: Nate Leach and Justin Michels. MVP: Nate Leach.  Nate Leach won 2nd place honors at the Big 12 Conference tournament.  Nate also advanced to the State tournament.  He also was named all-Conference, All-State, and also was the News-Gazette Athlete of the Week.  The boys’ golf team met with a lot of success in its regular season matches.  Their record of 12-2 was an improvement on last year’s record of 12-5.  They advanced to Sectionals as a team again this year, and Nate Leach ended up placing 3rd at the State finals.  The team also retained possession of the Champaign Cup with a score of 5 to 4 over Centennial.

1995 – (12-5) Coach: Dan Reid. Captains: Jeff Piper and Kris Wackerlin. MVPS = Nate Leach, Jeff Piper, and Kris Wackerlin. Central defeated Centennial 6 to 3 in a combined match competition to win the Champaign Cup.  Jeff Piper placed in the Top 10 in the Hickory Point Decatur Invitational, the Pekin Invitational, and the Charger Invitational.  Nate Leach shot a 77 at the Quincy Inv. To place in the Top 10.  Senior Kris Wackerlin shot a 74 to place in the Top 10 at the Hickory Point Decatur Invitational.

1994 – Coach: Jay Butler. Under the direction of new head coach, Jay Butler, after long-loved Coach Fred Schooley retired, the team got off to a shaky start.  They dropped their 1st four meets, all to Big 12 schools, and played poorly in the 1st couple of Invitationals, with the exception of strong performances in the Decatur Invitational by Juniors Kris Wackerlin (73/74) and Chris Wright (79/74).  The team’s first win came vs. Danville and Urbana.  This perhaps, gained some momentum for the sweet swingers.  From there they went on to defeat an undefeated Danville Schlarman team and took 1st place in the Rantoul Invitational.  Medalists included Kris Wackerlin (73), Chris Wright (77), and Jeff Piper (77).  The team placed 3rd in the Big 12 after attempting a three-peat.  Medalists here included Nate Leach (74) and Jeff Piper (77).  Last, the team finished 2nd in Regionals, one stroke behind winner Pontiac.  The team advanced to Sectionals and individuals included Jeff Piper (80), Nate Leach (76), and Chris Wright (81).  At Sectionals, unfortunately, no one advanced.  Other bright aspects of the season included Nate Leach getting directly hit on the head with a golf ball, Nate Mast’s career round of 79, and winning the 1st annual Champaign Cup vs. Centennial.  Grumish finished strong, tying for 1st in Regionals with an 84, advancing to State from Sectionals, and finishing respectfully in State.

1993 – Coach: Fred Schooley. With the return of last year’s state runner-up team, everyone thought that Central would run home with the title.  However, after a two stroke loss in Sectionals their hopes were crushed.  Although the team did not qualify, Jake Goldenstein advanced to the state tournament where rain cancelled the 2nd day of play and he could advance no further.  Mark Hausssermann said, “Things seemed to click at different times of the season and we were never able to come together as a team.”  Sophomores Jeff Piper and Kris Wackerlin played a vital roll early while the Fearsome Foursome (Mark H., Cam M., Jake G., and Matt M.) played consistently near the end

.

1992 – The Maroons posted an outstanding regular season record and won the Big 12 Conference tournament and made the cut to advance to sectionals.  At the sectional tournament in Peoria,  the Maroons played very well, and won their 1st sectional championship in 18 years.  The  varsity squad which included: Jack Goldstein, Cam McGill, Mark Haussermann, Kris Wackerlin, Matt Mulliken, and Jeff Piper, continued on to finish 2nd, only behind Barrington, at the state tournament at Danville Country Club.

1991 – Although the team’s members are rather unhappy with their season, many others would say that this year was a success.  With only one loss in a dual meet and several good finishes in invitationals, you might ask how this team can complain.  The seniors, Mark Sandquist  and Tim O’Neill, along with four sophomores, all with high potential and several years of experience, were expecting at least a 10th place finish in the state meet.  After winning the regional, they were sure that they’d get there.  However, a very poor showing in the sectional extinguished this year’s hopes, sending all of the Central gold team, other than Jake Goldstein who made it to state as an individual and the team’s two seniors, back to Champaign thinking only towards next year.

1990 – Coach Fred Schooley.  The 1990 season went surprisingly well for Central’s golf team.  Although only one previous varsity player, Tim O’Neill, returned to play, the team competed exceptionally well.  It placed 2nd in the Big 12 conference meet, its best finish in 5 years.  Much of the team’s success can be accredited to its younger players, many of which recorded some great rounds.  Cam McGill played very well at the Quincy Invitational, where he was the low freshman.  In addition, freshman Mark Haussermann tied for 2nd place in the Big 12 conference meet.

1989 – Although the Central golf team lacked consistent play, their intentions were admirable.  Posting a 10-6 dual meet record was certainly respectable considering the intense competition offered by the region’s top schools.  There were several standout members, though, who were able to break through these barriers.  Sophomore Tim O’Neill placed 5th in the Charger Invitational, shooting a 78, closely followed by senior Rob Mills who took 6th place with a 79.  The highlight of the season came during the Big 12 Conference meet where Central finished in 4th place, and 2 team members placed among the top 10 finishers,.  Tim O’Neil shot a 78 to place 5th and senior Rob Schroeder was a 2nd place finisher with a 75.

1988 – (9-5-1) Coach Fred Schooley.  This year’s golf team had some disappointments and some successes.  The team rarely placed among the top ten in any of the tournaments they participated in.  On the other hand, they did have a winning season record of 9-5-1, which was an improvement over last year’s record.  The team gained some new talent from Tim O’Neil and Mark Sundquist and uncovered the talent of Tim Heath and Robert Beers.  The Biggest Success of the year was by Scott Grumish who won three dual meets, the Rantoul Invitational, and placed 10th in the State meet.

1987 – Central’s 1987 Golf Team was uncharacteristic of the past Central teams.  There were only two returning lettermen:  Chris Stines and Scott Grumish.  First year varsity appearances were made by:  Dave Mills, Rob Schroder, Jeff Troxell, and Chad Detamore.  Central had a 6-6 record in dual meet competition.  The strongest individual effort was by Chris Stines, when he finished 7th out of 130 players at the Decatur Invitational.

1986 – Coach Fred Schooley.  The 1986 Central golf team had an unpredictable season.  Coach Fred Schooley would never know what to expect from his team.  The team would play well in one meet, and the next day they would play like they had just taken up the game.  Central had a winning season, but it seemed that the team was flat.  The team finished 2nd in the district meet, which qualified the team for sectionals.  Central played poorly and finished 7th in sectionals.  The season was highlighted by some individual performances.  Scott Grumish, a sophomore, won the Big 12 golf meet with a 77.  Senior Charlie Younger shot a 77 to qualify Central for the sectional meet.  Jamie Fairbanks was the only golfer who qualified for State and he was only a freshman.

1985 – Coach Fred Schooley.  The Central Golf Team misses state by 1.

1984 – (12-2) Coach Fred Schooley, 1st in Rantoul Invitational and Decatur Invitational, 2nd in Big 12 and Regionals, 3rd at Sectionals and 9th at State.

1983 – Coach Fred Schooley. The 1983 golf season was a disappointment for many Central Golf fans.  Expectations were very high for the talented team, with junior players from State and a team that missed going by one stroke.  One player who stood out this year was junior Jeff Cocagne.  He placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in more meets and tournaments than anyone else on the team.  Mrozek said it best: “It was really a year of bad breaks.”  The team had a respectable year finishing 5th in the Big 12.

1982 – Coach Fred Schooley. The highlight of the season was that the whole team made it to sectionals. At sectionals, Central was only one point away from advancing to State, only Senior Tom Gorman and Sophomores Pete Mrozek and Ron Deering made it to state, Mrozek won first round with a 36 then dropped back on the back nine with a 44 getting a 80, Deering shot an 83 and Gorman shot an 88.

1981 – (8-2) Coach Fred Schooley, averaged 4th out of an average of 23 teams for invitational outing winnings, 1st place in the Champaign Invitational, 2nd in District, 7th in Sectionals.

1980 – (11-2) Coach Fred Schooley.  Led by seniors Bill Hobbs and Dave Gardner, the Golf Team finished with a record of 11-2.  Included in its victories was the 6th win in 7 years at the Big 12 Conference Meet.  The major disappointment of the season was the team’s failure to advance to Sectionals.  Senior letterwinner Bill Hobbs did qualify individually and went on to tie for 1st at Sectionals and finish 30th out of 160 at State.

1979 – (5-0) Coach Fred Schooley.  The Champaign Central Golf Team, led by Bill Hobbs and Dave Gardner, topped off its undefeated season with five wins and no losses.  Four other dual meets were cancelled because of the Unit Four school strike.  The varsity team won the Big 12 Conference and place 2nd in the District.  The team was 4th in the State Meet with a total of 639 points.

1978 – (9-6) Coach Schooley, Big 12 Champions, Sophomore Bill Hobbs won 2nd place in the conference meet with a score of 79, 3rd place in the 20-team Springfield S.E. Invitational, Hobbs got 5th place with a 72.

1977 – Coach Fred Schooley.  “This year was only average,” says golf coach Fred Schooley.  That was mostly due to the extremely young team Central had.  Of the 11 members, 10 were underclassmen.  Charlie Schumacher, with an 87 average was the only graduating senior.  This should mean a good, experienced in ’78.  Bill Hobbs and Dave Gardner were outstanding golfers this year, says Schooley.  The two, both freshmen, should anchor next year’s team.  Central had a poor showing at this year’s Big 12 meet according to Schooley.  The Maroons placed 5th out of only 8 teams.  There was a bright spot though.  Bill Hobbs and Mike Meisoahn tied for the individual championship in that meet.

1976 – (10-3-1) Big 12 and Springfield Invitational titles, 2nd place in District, Seniors Tim Murphy and Rick Wampler took 1st and 2nd at Big 12 and at the Springfield Invitational, Wampler tied for 1st at District, did not qualify for State, placed behind Peoria Richwoods by 3 strokes to get 4th at Sectional, had previously beaten each of the teams that finished ahead of them.

1975 – (9-1-2) Coach Fred Schooley.  Maroon golfers were led by juniors Scott Anderson, Byron Donelson, Tim Harrington, Jack Hayes, David Johnson and Tim Murphy.  The only seniors were Sandy Leach and Paul Palmer.  Even through the golfers had depth, Coach Schooley required extra hours of practice to improve their games.  Maroons did well in dual meets, but fell at the invitationals.  Murphy tied for 2nd in district, and he and Leach tied for 2nd in Big 12 meet, but both failed to qualify for state.

1974 – (10-6) Coach Rich Wooley, 1st place at district meet, played in the fall for the first time, 8th place in Conference, 5th at Sectionals, finished well in dual meets.

1973 – (9-5-2) Coach Rich Wooley.    Even though they were hampered by heavy spring rains, they still got in plenty of practice.  Karl Danneberger took top honors this year with a match average of 41.1, the lowest of the season.  Along with next year’s sophomores, the 1974 season should look more promising.

1972 – (10-3) Coach Richard Wooley.  Champaign linksmen ended their season with a 10-3 dual meet record.  The Maroon golfers faired well, finishing 2nd in Conference, 2nd in District and 4th in Sectional.  Coach Dick Wooley’s squad was led by seniors Andy Beach, Bob Burke, Bill Johnson, Tim Leonberger, and Clay Robinson who also received help from juniors Dave VanDenBerg, Jeff Riehle, and Karl Danneberger.

1970 – (8-8) Coach Richard Wooley.  Central linksmen ended their season with a 8-8 dual meet slate.  Tim Nally and Robert Eisner were the senior nucleus of the team.  Upcoming juniors on the team will be John Katsinas, Gary VanDenBerg, Tim Hoss, and Rick Hepler.

1969 – Second-year coach Richard Wooley hoped to succeed in bettering last season’s record.  Returning lettermen Scott Glover and Rob Eisner, with the assistance of Tim Nally, have done well for the linksmen.  The sophomore team members surely look promising for future years and gave Mr. Wooley a building block.  Senior lettermen, Bob Hepler and Jeff McGill, climaxed their golf seasons with superb performance in both dual competition and tournament play.

1967 – Coach John Macek.  Despite the inclement weather which hampered the lower scores from coming early in the season and the underdog rating that CHS started off with, the true measure of the team was taken and showed that many of the forecasts were way off.  Despite a slow start, the linksmen casually bounced back, due in large to the fierce competition among this year’s eight letter winners.  There were seven seniors and one sophomore who won letters.  All eight of these golfers displayed enough ability and finesse to be in the top five through part of the season.  They were Big 12 Champions by defeating champion Bloomington, then going on to capture the District Tournament, and ending the year as the state’s 17th best golf team.

1966 – (10-4) Coach John Macek.  Although they placed 4th in the Big 12 Conference Meet and tied for 6th in the District Meet, the Champaign golfers compiled an excellent 10-4 dual meet record.  Coach John Macek and the CHS linksmen hosted an invitational golf meet featuring many of the top teams in the state.  The Maroons managed an 8th place tie.  Champaign’s starters throughout the season were Make Morgan, who placed 2nd in the conference meet; Jack Slater; Greg Mason; Chuck Bruns; and Scott Johnston.  In dual meet competition, the Maroons surprised Big 12 and District champion Danville and also defeated Rantoul who tied with Danville for the District crown.

1964 – Last year’s Big 12 golf champs were undefeated in dual meet competition.  In the Champaign Invitational we tied for 2nd place against five of the best teams in the state and placed 1st in the Quincy Invitational. Essenpreis placed 2nd individually, as the team placed 2nd in the district meet.  Although not qualifying to compete as a team in the state meet, Essenpreis did qualify and compete individually and copped the 6th best score.  Champaign again copped the 1st place Big 12 trophy with Essenpreis, Mulliken, and Hindman placing 1st, 3rd and 4th, respectively.

1963 – Coach John Macek.  Champaign’s golf team was sparked to a very successful season this year by 3 outstanding juniors: Ron Essenpreis, Jeff Hindman, and John Mulliken.  These 3 led the team throughout the season, Essenpreis through the month of April, Mulliken in May, and Hindman consistent throughout, with flashes of brilliance on occasions.  Also, contributing to the success of the team were senior lettermen Mike Braun and Tom Trigger and junior letterman Arlen Holter.  Trigger placed 4th during the year, while Braun and Holter dueled for the last position on the varsity.  The Maroons opened the season by smashing 7 consecutive opponents in dual meets, shutting out one of them, while holding the rest of them under 5 points.  Included in these victories was a trouncing of Urbana.  Mulliken, Essenpreis, and Hindman copped low-scoring honors in these meets.  The golfers suffered their 1st defeat in the hands of New Trier and Quincy in a quadrangular meet at Savoy.  The Maroons then took the District title at Lake of the Woods for the 2nd consecutive year on the strength of outstanding team balance.  Their victory earned them a berth in the state meet where they finished 4th.  Hindman, Trigger, Braun, Mulliken, and Essenpreis carried the team to their strong finishes.  A week later CHS took the Big 12 trophy with Mulliken, 1st; Hindman, 3rd; and Essenpreis 5th.

1962 – (14-5) – Coach = John Macek.  Senior captain Rich Lynch, along with Ron Essenpreis, Jeff Hindman, and John Mulliken, were mainstays throughout the year, and senior Jack McKenna rounded out the top 5 for the season. The Maroon’s link season was later complimented by a 3rd place finish in the rugged Quincy Invitational, Big 12 Conference crown, District Championship, and a lofty 3rd place finish in the state meet.  This was the most successful Golf team since the 1951 State Champs.

1961 – (1-6) Coach Macek.  With only one regular returning from the 1960 team the linksmen experienced a rebuilding year.  One bright spot was the outstanding play of captain Joe Vangsness.  Joe, the only member of the team with any experience, paced the Maroon linksmen all spring.  Joe had several high points; his top performance was in the 23 team Quincy Invitational, where he placed 3rd individually, just one stroke behind 2nd, and two behind 1st.  The Maroons took 10th as a team.  In the 4-way meet with New Trier, Quincy and Joliet; all 3 of these schools were state powers in golf.  Joe was medalist with a 74.  Other members of the Maroons were Rick Lynch, who was a junior and 2nd man all year.  Golder Wilson, a junior was a regular, will be lost to the Maroons as he has moved to England.  A 3rd junior is Norris Dahlstrom; Norris is also expected to help out next year.  Rounding out the lettermen were two sophomores, Tom Trigger and Mike Braun.  The two of them along with Rick and Norris, gave Coach Macek 4 returning lettermen for next spring.

1960 – (6-6) Coach John Macek, 3rd in District, 3rd in Big 12, Cy Vaughn won 3rd consecutive Big 12 championship, only 1 returning letterman for next season.

1959 – (10-1) Coach John Macek.  One of the finest teams in the past 10 years.  Jim Belmont was captain and one of the state’s outstanding high school golfers.  Cy Vaughn, who was Big 12 champion in his sophomore year, won his title for the 2nd time.  The team qualified for State by shooting only 30 strokes over par as a team.  Finished 2nd in the Big 12, 3rd in District, and took 2nd place in the Quincy tournament.

1958 – (13-2) Coach = John Macek.  The 1958 golfers upheld tradition by hitting their way to another fine season.  In District tournament the Maroons took 1st over 22 other schools, took 2nd in the Big 12, and 7th in the State, and 7th in the Quincy tournament.

1955 – (6-7) Coach John Macek.  7th in Big 12, 5th in District.

1954 – (9-3) Coach Roy Swindell.  Co-captains: Max Cisne, Newt Dodds, Chuck Schrader, and Dick Getman.  With 4 returning lettermen coach started out the 1954 season with an optimistic view for the coming season.  Mike Roberts and sophomore Larry Wilborn rounded out the rest of the team.  Wilborn came along very well as the season progressed.  In the district the linkmen took a close 2nd place.  Wilborn will be the only returning letterman for 1954 and was elected captain.

1953 – (6-4-1) Coach Roy Swindell.  Co-captains: Newt Dodds and Max Cisne.  Only one returning letterman, Ray Schalk.  In the district at Decatur, the Maroons took 3rd.

1952 – (9-2) Coach Roy Swindell.  Captain: John Armstrong.  In the 3 tournaments in which CHS participated, they did very well.  At the sectional they came through with 1st place honors.  Then they traveled to Pekin for the Big 12 and placed 4th.  Coming back home they took 5th place in the state meet held on the Univ. of Illinois golf course.

1951 – (9-2-1) Coach Roy Swindell. Captain Tom Hayes. 5th in the Big 12. Two lettermen graduated and Coach Swindell has five returning letterman. (John Armstrong, Loren Leach, Richard Meislahn, Roger Powell, Ray Schalk)

1941 – Coach Swindell, Harold Mooney was the number one player on the team. 2nd in the Big 12, Gorman was a medalist with a smashing 79.

1931 – (1-4) By losing all but one contest, Don Dobbins, Ralph Knudson and Herman Sticher qualified for state with 78, 78, and 88 respectively. They didn’t place in the finals.

1930 – Coach Swindell; the team broke even and showed promise of finishing high in the Big 12.

1929 – Coach Swindell; The season, two meets have been won, a record which compares favorably with that of last year’s team which won 2 meets and lost one before the school’s ejection from the IHSA.

1928 – Coach Swindell (6-2). Big 12 Champions. This sport has started to rapidly grow at CHS.

1921 – Increased interest in golf has been shown this year at CHS. In it was Royal Strips took first place, Cullen Kariher in 2nd, Lyle Nash 3rd and William Schowengerdt 4th.
