Welcome to the new Champaign Central High School Website. This site was made by Mike Lacine, Scot Chapman, and Colin McGill of the Multimedia II class taught by Mr. Johnson. Mission Statement-

The mission of Central High School is to strengthen education in the Central community with the goal of creating diverse academic and extra-curricular environments. Through curriculum, student activities, and community involvement, the Central High School students will acquire the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary to become healthy, happy, and productive life-long learners.

c Thanksgiving Holiday!
Central High School will be closed for all faculty/staff/students on Thursday, November 27th and Friday, November, 28th in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.

c Math Team Competes at Rose-Hulman!
Congratulations to the math team for their great performance at the Rose-Hulman competition on Saturday, November 8th!  Central won more awards this year than ever before, taking home 6 individual awards.  Congratulations to Freshmen Yucheng Lin (12th place) and Zeno Jeong (6th place), Juniors Daisy Zhuang (8th place) and Philip Lee (6th place), and Seniors Rachel Garrick (9th place) and Mike Gonda (7th place).  Go Maroons!!!!.

CBleacher Bums Do Good (No, Great) Work!

Andrew Newman, on behalf of the Central High School Bleacher Bums and Babes, presented a check for $200 to Patty Cisneros, the Head Coach of the University of Illinois' Women's' Wheelchair Basketball Team, to help support Coaches vs. Cancer.
