The CU SMART Conference is a SMART user conference designed to bring education leaders and technology experts together to exchange strategies and techniques for improving instruction.  The CU SMART Conference provides educators and administrators the opportunity to explore the integration of SMART technology across the curriculum.  Participants will learn how to develop and integrate interactive lessons into the classroom.  This conference includes session for users of all grade levels and experience.

During the 2012-2013 school year, Champaign Schools brought SMART Boards to every classroom in the District and hired a team of five Instructional Technology Coaches assist teachers in utilizing the technologies available to enrich their lesson plans.

The conference is free for educators within the District and is open to all educators within the region who are interested in attending. The conference will showcase speakers from within the District as well as outside who have excelled in using SMART Technologies to increase student learning. Bradfield’s Computer Supply is a sponsor of the event and will provide breakfast and lunch for attendees, in addition to some giveaway items.
