Parent CommUniversity Kickoff happening March 29

Parents of students at Garden Hills, Stratton and Booker T. Washington are invited to the Parent CommUniversity Kickoff on Thursday, March 29, from 6 - 8 p.m. at Garden Hills Elementary, 2001 Garden Hills Drive, Champaign.

Hosted by Champaign Unit 4 and Champaign-Urbana Area Project to connect parents, schools and community, the event will feature:

Building Projects: Community Information Nights

Community members and neighbors are invited to learn more about our building and renovation projects. Team members will be on hand to share information, including the latest updates on design plans.

Referendum Oversight Committee accepting applications

On February 26, 2018, the Board of Education re-opened the Referendum Oversight Committee membership. If you are interested in joining the committee, you may complete the application and submit by March 30, 2018.

Congratulations to Peter Foertsch, who was named the director of Magnet Schools and will oversee the implementation and management of the $9.6 million Magnet Schools Assistance Program (MSAP) grant the district was awarded in September 2017.
