Stratton wins award at MicroSociety conference

Stratton Elementary Leadership in MicroSociety Magnet School in Champaign was recently awarded the “Rookie of the Year School” award for outstanding implementation during their first year at the National MicroSociety conference in Philadelphia, PA. Stratton Principal Stephanie Eckels and Magnet Program Coordinator Charles West attended the conference on behalf of Stratton. MicroSociety magnet schools from across the United States, Canada, Kenya, and Columbia, South America were represented.
