Energy Conservation Program

Energy Conservation Program Objectives

  • Changing staff operating habits to reduce energy use without capital expenditure.
  • Maintaining comfort, security, and integrity of buildings while also ensuring only energy that is necessary is used.
  • Ensuring equipment operation is optimized to conserve energy.

To accomplish these goals, an energy specialist regularly visits each facility to document energy conservation opportunities and work with maintenance, custodians, and building staff to ensure each facility meets the above objectives.
