Introduction
As a class, you will examine
advertisements using focus questions to determine their attributes,
audience, and influences. In small groups organized by media type, you
will use focus questions to design and produce an advertisement
Finally, your group will present its ad to the whole class using the
focus questions for discussion
Essential Questions
What techniques do advertisers use to make their ads more
appealing?
What is the difference between goods and services?
Are some types of ad more effective for goods? For
services?
How does the type of ad affect the cost of the product/service?
