The school library plays an instrumental role in preparing students to be twenty-first century learners: problem solvers, critical thinkers, and effective users of information by providing equitable physical and intellectual access to resources and tools required for learning.
Library Goals:
- To provide equal resources for every student
- To deepen the love of reading
- To encourage social emotional growth through literature
- To provide a reflection of ourselves and a window into the experiences of others
- To increase digital initiatives of anti-racism and racial equity through programming and acquisition of library materials.
Library Commitments:
Please keep library books in a safe, special place and help your child remember to return their books. Each book has a library barcode which includes the name of the school library.
