School Board Approves Architectural Services Contract with Gorski Reifsteck/DLR Group

The Champaign Unit 4 Board of Education approved a contract Monday to hire Champaign-based Gorski Reifsteck and DLR Group for professional architectural services that will assist the District to program, plan, and design a new Central High School and a renovated Centennial High School. The Gorski Reifsteck/DLR Group team was selected as the most outstanding from the group of twelve submissions received by the District.

Champaign Schools to Host Community Dialogue for Input on Facilities Options

Champaign Unit 4 School District will host two Future Facilities Community Dialogue sessions on February 12 at the I-Hotel and Conference Center from 3-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. The Community Dialogue invites all community members, students, teachers, parents, and business owners to offer their input on possible options for updating or replacing some of the District’s aging school buildings.
