Champaign Unit 4 School District seeks input on communication effectiveness

Champaign Unit 4 School District has joined with SCoPE School Surveys to gain input on the district’s communications. School Communications Performance Evaluation (SCoPE) Surveys seek feedback from parents of students, community members and district staff on how they receive information and whether they consider the communication to be effective.

Registration dates set for 2018-2019 school year

The registration periods for the 2018-2019 school year have been set as follows:

Announcing the Next Principal of Centennial High School

Congratulations to Mr. Charles (Chuck) Neitzel, who was selected as the Principal of Centennial High School.

Mr. Neitzel is known by families, staff and the community as the current Associate Principal at Centennial High School, a position he has held since 2012. From 2009 to 2012, he served as the Assistant Principal at Centennial; from 2008 to 2009, he was the Centennial Dean of Students.

Schools of Choice office moving April 6 to 402 N. Randolph Street

The Schools of Choice office at 1103 N. Neil Street will be closed Wednesday, April 4, and Thursday, April 5. The office will reopen Friday, April 6, at 402 N. Randolph Street, Champaign. 

Hours at the new location will remain 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. Contact information will remain (217) 351-3701 and u4fic@u4sd.org.

Public hearing on charter school application April 9
