Welcome to Synergy!

A Unified Platform for Students, Families, and Staff

Champaign Unit 4 has officially transitioned to a new Student Information System (SIS): Synergy.

This change marks a major step forward in how we manage student data, communication, and school operations. Synergy will serve as the central platform for grades, attendance, scheduling, and more for families, students, and staff.

As part of this transition, eSchoolPlus and Home Access Center (HAC) are no longer available. In their place, we are rolling out ParentVUE and StudentVUE, Synergy’s modern, user-friendly web and app-based portals for families and students.

What This Means for You

  • eSchool Plus and Home Access Center (HAC) are no longer accessible.

  • Synergy SIS is now live and in use by schools across the district.

  • ParentVUE and StudentVUE will launch in early September.

At this time, some features of ParentVUE and StudentVUE, the family and student portals for Synergy, are still being finalized and are not yet fully available. We will update this page regularly as more features come online.

We understand that you may have questions before ParentVUE becomes available. If you have immediate concerns or need information about your child’s grades, attendance, or class schedule, please reach out directly to your child’s school or teacher. They are your best resources during this transition period and are happy to support you.

What Families & Students Can Expect

We’re working hard behind the scenes to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Here’s what to know for now:

  • ParentVUE and StudentVUE access will be shared soon. Watch your email and school communications for login instructions.

  • School offices now have access to your student’s updated information, including class schedules, attendance, and emergency contacts.

  • Report cards, attendance, and grades will be viewable online through the new portals once they are fully launched.

ParentVUE allows parents and guardians to:

  • View student grades, assignments, attendance, and class schedules

  • Set up online registration for the 2026–2027 school year when registration opens

  • Communicate directly with your child’s school

StudentVUE

StudentVUE

StudentVUE allows students to:

  • Track grades and assignments

  • Access course schedules and school information

Mobile apps will also be available for both platforms, providing easy access anytime, anywhere.

When Will Portals Be Ready?

We expect ParentVUE and StudentVUE to be fully operational in early September.
