Important Information for Parents

Please be at the bus stop 10 minutes prior to bus arrival time. Please remember the first few days of school are the hardest and buses maybe running a bit behind.

With the MyRide K-12 app, parents will be able to see updated information of bus times, where the bus is and , and when students scan on and off the bus. This is also were you will be able to receive your bus stop information and times.

If you have any questions or concerns about your student's bus stop, please contact the Transportation Department.

Change Requests

If you are a parent and have moved or changed schools or have a special request for student transportation, please contact your child's school so a Student Transportation Request can be completed.

Bus Tracking App - My Ride K-12

The My Ride K-12 is a communication app that is integrated into the transportation software that allows you to get estimated times of arrival. This app will also send notifications for delays or other important information. Once you have downloaded and created an account please contact the transportation department to link your student to the account. This is one of many safeguards we have instituted to ensure only parents or those you allow to access your students route information.

Lost & Found Items

Please contact the department if you think your child has lost an item or left an item or left an item on the school bus.

Elementary Schools

Pre-School students who ride the bus in the afternoon are to be met at the bus door by a parent, parent designee or guardian.

Kindergarten - 5th Grade students who ride the bus in the afternoon are allowed to get off the bus without a parent present.

In case of emergencies such as road closures, accidents, or weather-related road problems, drivers may use safe transportation-approved alternate locations to pick up or drop off students. If there is not a safe transportation-approved alternative stop, the driver may will be directed to return to school.

Drivers may also choose to return to the school if they have concerns regarding the safety of releasing a student at a regular stop, or if a child expresses concern for any reason about getting off of the bus.
